Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about salon visits, our cage-free options, and health guidelines.

What makes mobile grooming different from visiting the stationary salon?

Mobile Grooming brings our state-of-the-art Mercedes luxury spa directly into your driveway. Your pet receives 1-on-1 attention with zero cage time, zero car rides, and zero other barking animals. Our Stationary Salon is our flagship boutique facility in Layton where you can bring your pet for specialized spa treatments, flexible drop-off times, and boutique shopping.

Do you require proof of vaccinations?

Yes. Please choose Rabies. Utah only requires one vaccine record, and Rabies is the one we need for dogs and cats over 4 months.

Do you use cages or cage dryers?

We never use cage dryers — every pet is hand-dried with gentle, temperature-regulated warm air. The mobile spa is 100% cage-free. The salon is not: we offer cage-free options during calm hours at an additional cost, with strict pickup requirements.

Can I stay with my dog during grooming?

In our experience, pets behave significantly calmer and safer when they focus on the groomer without seeking parent protection or jumping off tables. You are welcome to tour our mobile spa or salon lobby before the appointment begins!

How long does a typical groom take?

Mobile grooms typically take 60 to 90 minutes because we dedicate 100% of our attention exclusively to your pet. Salon grooms can take 90 to 120 minutes depending on coat condition and breed styling.
